Returns and exchanges
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to send an item back, new, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Register your return by email first; the return address comes with our confirmation, and the parcel goes back by post. If you return an item because it was not right for you, you buy the return label from your carrier. If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover the return postage. For a different size or color, tell us what you would like: the replacement ships as soon as the exchange is registered, and we reimburse the return postage for exchanges.
